How do I wear it?

Can I choose the fabric or artwork on my square?

Yes. Pick from our selection found in the Intimate moments page or send us your own.

 

Will it last?

Yes. Our materials are strong, but life happens. If your square needs care, we offer repair support and step-by-step guides. Longevity here is designed.

Can I repair it myself?

Yes, and we welcome it. Tutorials are coming soon to help you patch, reshape, or reinvent your piece. Scars are sacred. Keep them visible.

Where do your fabrics come from?

We work with deadstock, premium ends, and rescued materials. We also upcycle old, damaged, and unwanted garments once treasured and adored. Every textile has a past.

How do I care for it?

Hand wash in cold water or dry clean. Air dry flat. Treat it like something inherited. Soft hands. Slow rhythms. A little patience.

 

What happens when I no longer want it?

Send it back to be repaired, resold, or reauthored. Or pass it forward. Each piece is meant to live beyond you.

How long does it take to arrive?

Please allow up to 14 days from your order date. Good things take time. Great things take a little longer.

Can I return my purchase?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns. Please see our Binding Terms page to find out more.

How do I use my own materials?

Send them to us. Pay for shipping, and we’ll cut, rework, and return them to you as new squares.

How many times can I repair the same square?

Three times. Maybe four if we’re feeling generous. But after that, it becomes something else. A relic. A survivor. A story too sacred to stitch again.

How do I link the squares together?

Use the string we give you. Or raid your drawer of secrets. Ribbons, shoelaces, headphone cords. Anything that fits the holes becomes part of the garment.
