How long does my order take to ship?
It will take 14 days for your products to arrive. While you wait you can get some inspiration from our CHAOS page for styles, shapes and ideas you may want to try. Please note if you have chosen your own fabrics, this may take longer to produce.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment we do not. We only ship to United Kingdom Addresses. However we are working on it and if you sign up to our emails you will be the first to know.
What is your return policy?

The Binding Terms

1.1 Final Sale Policy: Each garment is a unique creation, individually prepared and produced strictly to fulfil your specific selection of shape, material, and assembly configuration. Because these pieces are customized to your individual specifications, they are legally classified as "goods made to the consumer’s specifications" under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Consequently, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for a change of mind.

1.2 Material Variations & Studio Imagery: Photographs and images displayed on our website feature studio sample pieces for illustrative purposes. Because your garment is individually produced from finite, limited-edition material batches, minor variations in grain, texture, hue, and pattern placement are natural characteristics of this bespoke process. These natural variations are part of the unique character of the piece and do not constitute a defect or an "item not as described."

Description t1.3 Damaged or Faulty Items: In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, your statutory rights remain protected. If any components or pieces arrive genuinely damaged or faulty from transit or production, we reserve the right to repair or replace the affected parts. Faults must be reported with photographic evidence within 14 days of delivery.

By accepting these terms and conditions, upon confirmation of the customer’s order, a written and binding agreement is entered between the customer and Ebunoluwa. Once an order is completed on ebunoluwa.xyz/ebunoluwa.co.uk, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation of the purchase.
